27.4 Digamma

The digamma function $\Psi$ is the derivative of the $\log \Gamma$ function, $$\Psi(u) \ = \ \frac{d}{d u} \log \Gamma(u) \ = \ \frac{1}{\Gamma(u)} \ \frac{d}{d u} \Gamma(u).$$
