Suppose $$N \in \mathbb{N}$$ and $$\theta \in [0,1]$$, and $$n \in \{0,\ldots,N\}$$. $\text{Binomial}(n~|~N,\theta) = \binom{N}{n} \theta^n (1 - \theta)^{N - n}.$
